Your options for solid slope stabilization.
ECORASTER – the stabilization system for sloped surfaces.
For the reinforcement of sloped surfaces such as pathways or access roads on a sloping site, we highly recommend our A50 ground reinforcement system. Thanks to an indentation for suitable ground nails, the system can be installed safely and securely in sloped terrain. With more than 200 expansion joints per square meter and 36 connection elements per square meter, the A50 is able to counteract the prevailing forces on the embankment. This leads to a reduction of topsoil erosion and preserves the ground surface.
With more than 200 expansion joints per square meter and 36 connection elements per square meter, the A50 is able to counteract the prevailing forces on the embankment. Topsoil erosion, the destruction of the ground surface, e.g. by serrated recesses, and the loss of nutrients and linear erosion through flowing rainwater are minimized.
A50 + S50 + matching accessories
= high-quality slope reinforcement
Combine the ECORASTER S50 with our flexible curved elements or the matching universal angle elements to adapt your area to the terrain without breaking the firm composite. ECORASTER elements can be placed onto embankments, slopes and inclines like chain mail to stabilize existing green areas. Ideal for use with rainwater retention basins.
Installation on a slope
Depending on circumstances, a sufficiently strong base layer should be added to the prepared base as a bearing or leveling layer. Once installed, the ground reinforcement elements are filled with a 5 cm layer (level with the top of the elements) of suitable topsoil material or a mixture of sand and topsoil, humus and, for example, substrate, which contains fertilizer to start the re-vegetation process. The base and filling material should contain a small amount of fine material in order to guarantee a certain water retention capacity of the vegetation and water permeability of the system.
